Treasures of Sexual Healing: Reducing Sexual Intercourse

Since I was old enough to know what sexual intercourse was, which was about the age of 8 or 9, all I ever wanted to do was 'do it'.  It sounded good when people talked about it, when girls bragged about their experience, although many of them didn't tell the whole truth...that it hurt like hell the first time around.

But the coming together so intimately, so close, that was what I craved...that's what felt like LOVE.

Now, many, many years later from my first sexual intercourse at age 14 to now at age 57, I am learning from
the written word of 'Sexual Teachings of the White Tigress' that sexual intercourse should be reduced rather than increased.  

(Of course, all of this is a matter of preference and not carved in stone.  It's just another way of looking at a subject.  Each of us gets to choose what works for us.  I am just here to share the information I have received).

According to the White Tigress teachings, "too much intercourse ruins the entire genital area.  It causes the
skin color of the labia and pubic mound to darken, dries up the internal sexual secretions, and creates skin sacs that hang downward from the vulva.

Too much intercourse may cause premature graying and loss of pubic hair, sagging of the breasts, widening of the hips, flattening of the buttocks, aging spots of the body, vaginal cysts, yeast infections, and cervical cancer, and also aids in easy infection from a variety of STD's". (Dang...none of this is good and certainly not sexual healing)

All women should be very reserved about how much intercourse they have.

Wow!  This is something to consider.  Again, not what we are taught here in this culture.

Males are taught from an early age to go get the pussy...and girls are encouraged to give it up.  For the most part it's purely physical especially at an early age and really at any age...we are still 'doing it' for the feeling rather than the spiritual connection and healing benefits of the sexual experience.

It further states in the Sexual Teachings of The White Tigress..."Intercourse is very hard on a woman's
body, and over an extended period of time, it takes its toil on her entire physical appearance and health.

The stimulation of the vagina and production of sexual secretions, however, are beneficial to the vagina, bringing many restoring hormones and nutrients to it.

All contact with the vagina should be be approached with the idea of not damaging it, and women and men should always seek to be gentle with it.

When a White Tigress has intercourse , she attempts to control the energy of the penis penetrating her
vagina.  Whenever engaging in any act where her vagina is being touched or penetrated, she always
thinks of herself as a girl of twelve or so, so that the energy applied will be reduced and avoided.

The verse, "Stimulate the lotus but do not harm the petals" was recited for good reason.

How interesting.  So what I get from this writing is that we as women are really abusing our 'sacred temple'
when we have intercourse especially hard, thrashing, banging, rough sex.  I can understand what is being said
because for me, a gentle stroke with my Lover is my ultimate Love experience.

I know for some sisters, they like that banging, deep penetration stuff ...and if that's your thing....to each her own.

The question on my mind is how does this serve us and is this sexual healing?  Do we really prefer that kind
of 'sexual encounter' or is this something we have just settled for because it's what we are use to.    For me, a gentle intimate intertwining and soft stroking with my Lover is so sweet, so tender...I want more of that....that is what feels like Lovemaking...to me.

I like these teachings because they just make good sense.  When we think of a sacred temple you don't think about something harsh or abrasive...but rather soft, gentle, peaceful...like walking into an Ashram for the purpose of prayer and meditation.  What a Divine feeling...to have our Lover enter the sacred 'yoni' temple with reverence and for the purpose of healing.

Treasures of Sexual Healing: Sexual Healing Massage

Friday, I had a session with my 'sexual healer'/medical astrologer.  Being with him is always such an enlightening experience.

Did you know the planets dictate when we are at our sexual peak and when we are 'unresponsive' and the 'juices' just ain't flowing.  Follow the signs to heightened spiritual sexual pleasure.  Well I know that now.                                      I sat there looking at a bunch of symbols  that I didn't have a clue about, but my astrologer was telling me about Pluto being in my 5th house of sex and massage which meant it was a perfect time for a sexual healing massage. (Since I forgot to bring my recorder I am only guessing at the planet Pluto and the number of the house) but it was something like that.

We chatted for awhile and then he said it was time to get started...the timing was right for us to begin the massage...he determined that by where the planets were at that particular time...FASCINATING!
He left the room while I undressed and climbed up on the massage table...ummm it felt so good, nice
and soft and warm.  I pulled the sheet over my naked body and began to pray.  We always pray before laying on hands...calling in the ancestors, guides and angels to be with us.

My eyes were closed and my hands in the prayer position over my third eye when I felt his hands gently
begin to massage my feet.  I could feel him pressing certain areas of my feet to stimulate the energy centers
and I could feel his energy moving through my entire body.  My body melted and trembled and vibrated...he told me to take 8 deep breaths inhaling deeply and exhaling slowly.  I did and I relaxed even deeper into
a meditative state.

The last thing I remember was my healer saying "you need a man who will make love to your feet'... this
is your Gspot...just let him lay his dick here ( he pressed lightly on the bottom
of my feet and my pussy started vibrating...pulsating...ummm, damn that felt good)
...and you will be in orgasm heaven.

"My feet", wow, I never knew that but it sure feels good. It had been a long, long, long time since I had that feeling and only 'my healer' knew that secret, sacred spot. It was up to me now to share with my lover what turns me on.  My feet, who woulda thunk it?

Heal that and 'no more pain'.  I've got my work cut out for me.  Forgiveness, acceptance, and non-attachment, are the next steps for me to be pain free.

My time with my 'healer' was delicious, only this time...no orgasms.  I can't say I was disappointed,
because the feelings I experienced were just as wonderful, but I wondered why I didn't have orgasms.
So I asked.  "What's up with my body, it didn't respond as it usually does...I didn't have my usual
orgasmic explosion".  "Yup, that's right and do you know why?  "No, does it have to to with the planets or something"?  "No, he said, "your body is dehydrated.  You haven't been drinking water...your body needs
water to make it wet and juicy".  Get your water in and you will have an abundance of orgasms whether with your man or not...just drink your water.

Ok, I got it!  Drink More Water!!!!! have more Orgasms!!!!!!

I learned my lesson.

BTW, after I left my session with my 'hearler', I had a Master Blaster Orgasm.                                                               I drank two bottles of water and a glass before my lover and I came together.

Well alrighty then!

Recently, I was talking with a sister who has been having awesome sex 

with her man.  She was all giddy and laughing when she shared with me 

how much fun she has with her man's penis..."I have never loved sucking dick

as much as I do with him" (I'm paraphrasing).  

I knew exactly what she was talking about because I had a lover who I use to get off on

 having his 'Lingum' in my mouth.  He tasted so good I just loved licking his lollipop.  

Little did I know until reading the Teachings of the The White Tigress that

I was creating immortality and retarding my aging process.

The Teachings of The White Tigress tells us:

....Oral sex can be a woman's portal to realizing not only her spirituality  but also

the very force that retards her aging processes.

The activity of oral sex produces and attracts new blood for nourishing the teeth, gums, hair, facial muscles, and tendons.  It also enlarges the breasts because of its hormonal effect  on the milk glands, and has beneficial effects on the thyroid gland.  When the thyroid is stimulated and exercised, women experience a decreased chance of contracting breast cancer and are less-likely to experience the ill effects of menopause.

Oral sex also exercises all the facial muscles, most of which normally never gets exercised.  The muscles used for sucking are especially beneficial in slimming fatty tissues from the face and removing or preventing wrinkles and aging spots.  

Oral sex draws more blood into the cheeks, lips and gums, thus making the lips fuller and restoring their natural color.  The gums are strengthened and cleansed through both the sucking actions and the increased amount of saliva.  To the Tigress there is no such thing as too much saliva when performing oral sex.      The more that is produced the greater the benefit toward her restoration.

Now this is where many of you, my sisters will freak out but if you are ready for this, you will gain great knowledge that will benefit you.  Ok, here it is.........

Our Asian sisters used semen by applying it to her face.  Yes! You heard me...she took the gooey stuff we often are repulsed by and gave herself a facial.

 Why in the world would she do that you may ask? 

According to the manual and a study conducted by the Hebrew University Medical School, they found that semen has a great ability to regenerate cell tissues on the skin, thus clearing skin imperfections, eliminating wrinkles and acne, and preventing aging spots-but in women only.

Sexual Healing and the White Tigress Teachings

Two years ago my astrologer, the one I call my 'sexual healer'
turned me onto a book called 'The Teachings of the White Tigress'.
He told me to study this book to learn the power I have as a woman
to attain and maintain youthfulness and bring into my awareness the
power my 'yoni' (a beautiful word for vagina, pussy, kitty kat) 
has in supporting my health and well being, body, mind and spirit.

I had come to him out of pure frustration; I was miserable and totally unfulfilled sexually
...overweight,body full of pain and I really thought I had lost all sexual desire
...even my ability to have orgasms.  He did an astrological chart and because he is a
medical astrologer, was able to show me where I had blockages of energy that were
keeping me from full sexual expression.

Besides that, I wasn't making love with anyone I really felt intimate with
...it was just sex.  Well in my mind just sex didn't serve me...I felt I wanted
and needed more to really enjoy the experience.

I wanted that 'love thang' and the heart connection.  He told me that would come in time,
first I had healing to do.

Yes, it is pleasurable, Yes, it brings forth life, Yes it's good for release of stress.
