Sexual Healing and the White Tigress Teachings

Two years ago my astrologer, the one I call my 'sexual healer'
turned me onto a book called 'The Teachings of the White Tigress'.
He told me to study this book to learn the power I have as a woman
to attain and maintain youthfulness and bring into my awareness the
power my 'yoni' (a beautiful word for vagina, pussy, kitty kat) 
has in supporting my health and well being, body, mind and spirit.

I had come to him out of pure frustration; I was miserable and totally unfulfilled sexually
...overweight,body full of pain and I really thought I had lost all sexual desire
...even my ability to have orgasms.  He did an astrological chart and because he is a
medical astrologer, was able to show me where I had blockages of energy that were
keeping me from full sexual expression.

Besides that, I wasn't making love with anyone I really felt intimate with
...it was just sex.  Well in my mind just sex didn't serve me...I felt I wanted
and needed more to really enjoy the experience.

I wanted that 'love thang' and the heart connection.  He told me that would come in time,
first I had healing to do.

In the meantime, read the Teachings of the White Tigress and learn how the
ancient Asian women used the sexual experience to enhance their youthfulness
which was their main goal in the sexual union.

As my sexual healer worked on my physical body and energy centers through
reiki, meditation, massage, and breathwork, I began to feel a release...and
experienced powerful orgasmic release! 
                                       I was actually coming....and coming...and coming.  Yeah!!!!

Now, sisters, don't get all 'ooyee' on me.  He was quite the gentleman and
professional healer...he didn't lay a hand on my genitals...only sent the energy
where it needed to go.  It was an amazing experience!

Of course, you should know, I kept 'coming' back (pardon the pun) because
I wanted all blockages removed and besides...I loved that I could have orgasms freely
without a sexual partner.

Now all I needed to know was about the secret teachings of the White Tigress
to attain youthfulness through sex, so that when I got a partner, I would be ready
to go to the next level of the sexual experience.

So, I got the book and started reading.  Wow!  I was in awe at the practices of these
ancient teachings and the enlightenment into the spiritual sexual healing experience.
I share some of these teachings with you in this blog.

This is not stuff we are use to hearing so 'put your big girl panties on'...

The book starts off in the Foreward saying,
"It is not important that every woman become a White Tigress, it is
important that every woman be aware of her potential".  ..."There is much
about us that is unseen, a story behind a story".  (How true that is of all of us sisters).

Now this was my first piece of enlightenment and how different we practice
sexual expression in Western culture.  "Tigresses are not emotionally 
attached to sex, we simply see it as a very effective and powerful vehicle 
by which to restore and enhance our physical beauty and with which to delve
into the sublime Tao to attain immortality.

The White Tigresses are the Taoists who have discovered how to harness the most
powerful energy of human experience-sexual energy- and apply it to the pursuit of health,
youthfulness, longevity and spiritual immortality.

Now that's heavy!

Here I am wanting to have that 'love connection' and these sisters
don't bit mo care about that then the man in the moon.
They just want to stay youthful and healthy and found the way to do
that through sex.

So there you have it girls!  Our Asian sisters knew what the real deal was with sex.
Yes, it is pleasurable, Yes, it brings forth life, Yes it's good for release of stress.
But what they really tapped into was something we all are looking for...'the fountain of youth'.
